Shooting since age ten, Sandra Linares is more than familiar with firearms. She is a proud United States Air Force veteran. She spent her days in the military as a Security Specialist, and was trained as an M-60 Specialist. She was entrusted with protection of our country's nuclear weapon storage areas. Other firearms on which she was trained were an M-16, M-203, and M-148. Additionally she was qualified as an expert marksman on the M-16. 

The passion to educate men and women in the proper use of firearms grew, so Sandra  became an NRA & USCCA Certified Instructor. She has achieved certification for the following courses to instruct:  NRA Basic Pistol, NRA Basic Rifle, NRA Personal Protection In the Home, NRA Personal Protection Outside the Home, and a Chief NRA Range Safety Officer. In addition, she graduated as a distinguished graduate from Front Sight Firearms Training Institute in 2017.    

Sandra has also spent over a decade training women of all ages and skill levels on the basics of pistol shooting. She has experienced great satisfaction during that time watching women, who've never operated a firearm, realize they are fully capable of defending themselves and their families. 

Sandra is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) with her Master of Accountancy. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, and has previously taught at UNR  a class in Financial Investigations from 2011 till 2021.
