The NRA Basic Range Safety Officer Course teaches the basic duties a Range Safety Officer performs. The course develops NRA Certified Range Safety Officers with the knowledge and skills, and essential to organizing, conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations. It provides a thorough introduction to the roles and responsibilities of a Range Safety Officer (RSOs); range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inspections, emergency procedures, and safety briefings; and how to clear firearm stoppages and correct malfunctions.
COST: $150 includes range fees and all materials.
CLASS LENGHT: 10 hours including a one hour break for lunch.

*Instructors will provide coffee, water and granola bars in the basic classes held at the range, but outside food and drink is okay to bring into classrooms.
